The form below typesets your article for publication display and creates the metadata needed for Crossref, Google Scholar, etc. Subsequently, it is essential that you carefully follow the author instructions and proofread your inputs. Input errors can significantly delay publication timing.

This form is ONLY for copyediting and typesetting. Significant changes beyond those are not permitted. Any significant changes not discussed with an editor beforehand may warrant cancelling the publication acceptance.

You can save your inputs at the bottom and return to them later by following your unique link. Once you are finished, mark that your article is read for review by our copyeditors. Once our copyeditors begin reviewing your submission, this form will lock. If you elect to participate in an honorarium agreement, our team will email you a signed agreement for your records. Then, our finance team will reach out one-year post-publication to coordinate any payment.
